[b]Do you have any staff experience, if so what servers and how much time?[/b] I do have staff experience. in the LADOJ, I was an A3 and I used to go around and make the server 100% free of FailRP when 32 people were on. I was efficient, fast, and portable. I was on the force for 3 months before I left due to corrupt owners. [b]Estimating, how long have you been on the server?[/b] I've been on and off playing for about a month. I have done multiple cool scenarios, but they usually get ruined by FRP. [b]What made you want to apply for Trial Moderator/Trial Discord Support?[/b] I want to apply for Trail Mod because i want to be there for people when they need it the most. I want to make sure everybody is getting the help, support, and courtesy the want and 100% deserve. I also want to make sure everybody is getting the best possible roleplay experience out of Carolina State RP as possible, making sure there is no FRP, VDM, or RDM. I also want to be able to get online, and know I am keeping the "streets" clean of other FRP players, and those VDM players and making people happy when they get on, there are no FRP! Last but not least, I want to make a lot of buddies within the community, and build chemistry and transparency between the mod team, and players without leaking important information. I also want to go out and calm people down, and have everyone get along and see that I made an impact today, and maybe, helped someone make a friend! I also want to go out there and make sure everyone is happy. If there is a possible way I can cheer someone up when they are having a bad day, I will go and do just that, making sure that I can cheer them up in a proper, professional, BUT funny and happy manor! Something that I see are mods just banning everyone from the server for NO REASON! I would make sure 100% that there is a reason, and I will be extremely fair and do whats right. Lastly, I want to be able to make the server a better place then what it already is. I want to relieve some stress of other mods, and prove myself day in and day out showing that I can do my job exceptionally. [b]Why should we choose you over other applicants(List all things that would apply to your 'skills') ?[/b]  I would be online EVERY day for about 7 hours a day. I would always be presenting myself as a professional moderator and someone who is there to help people. I am also VERY mature and I am always doing whats right, instead of whats wrong. I like coaching people to do the right thing, and making sure that they understand before any disciplinary action is taken. I like seeing people happy, and I love being able to help when help is needed. I also do A LOT of professional Graphic Design and Vehicle Modeling so I can also help sometime within the future with that. I am also a HIGHLY qualified LEO, and Moderator so choosing my experience over others would be a smart choice. I am a very good person from the inside out. I will do anything in my power to help someone and make sure that everyone is having a good day and a good time here at Carolina State RP. I will have all the players backs when they need it, but not have it when the jury is facing them. I mainly want to give this server the love that it has given me through my hardships. [b]Anything else we should know?[/b] You should know that every time I get online, my intentions wont be to kick people, ban people, yell for no reason, or any of that garbage. my intentions will be to help people and keep the streets clean of FRP so people can have fun and have a smile on their face. If that requires kicking, or banning, well so be it. I will do what I have to do to fulfill my job of keeping the streets clean of FRP.
