How much time do you have to put towards the server? every day approximately 5 hours. Do you have any staff experience, if so what servers and how much time? I have various experience as staff, on smaller servers which  had around 15 players on at a time. Sadly, this server no longer exist.  Redemption RP. [/b] [b]Estimating, how long have you been on the server? 2-3 months What made you want to apply for Trial Moderator/Trial Discord Support? I wanted to apply for trial mod because I want to be able to have a hand in helping stop one of the main issues on this server, its no secret that one of the biggest problems this server has is failRP and RDM the way in which I will do this is by weeding out the trolls, by kicking/banning them before a situation escalates.Now there is a difference between shooting in RP and just for the fun of it, I will use my powers as a moderator to observe people,And not in a way which will be me entering someone elses roleplay, but I will always be checking the kill log in the bottom of the screen, and if anybodys log is suspicious (e.g killing loads of players at once)  now I know that this server fills up quite quick at certain hours of the day, and we have no room for trolls,but unfortunately, there are trolls in this server quite frequently and it will be part of my role as a  moderator to made sure that these people go away, and those people who want to enjoy rp, and be here to have fun are able to get into the servers even at the most popular times. Why should we choose you over other applicants(List all things that would apply to your 'skills') ? I am very good at talking with people, I know all of the civ commands in-game features and i am a patient person who will be able to teach new players how to use the different features in the server e.g change looks, spawn cars,guns, etc.) even teach new rpers how to roleplay (e.g. rping injuries) I am a friendly individual who can be approached by players to discuss situations and bans in a mature manner. I will only use my powers against those who are disrupting the roleplay in the server. [/b] [b]Anything else we should know? Nope.[/b]
