Ive played it on and off for the last few years, not to active but recently ive been doing nothing but playing. How much time do you have to put towards the server? 50+ Hours a week, me and my fiance are stay at home parents who work online to pay for bills. im available at all times of the day any day. Do you have any staff experience? On FiveM? no, ive never found a server worth trying to be staff on, HOW EVER ive been a admin/owner/mod/dev/manager on multiple minecraft servers + other odds and ends over the past 15+ years of me gaming.[/b] [b]Estimating, how long have you been on the server? Not to long, like 2 weeks now or so. What made you want to apply for Admin/Mod/Helper? Bunch of my buds are staff, Swiggy/jojo/devin/tolly/febreeze and i notice i play ALOT i meen like ALOT 50+ hours a week alot, and 70% of the time, theres no staff online to do anything about the players. we have a HUGE fanbase/playerbase on your servers, and that brings in trolls/rule breakers and they need to be taken care of asap, to ensure the real RPers such as myself actually get to enjoy the servers. so after seeing not to many staff on, i figured i could put my spare time to real use and become a staff member. ive gotten dozens of people banned, i always have video proof of there actions. Why should we choose you over other applicants(List all things that would apply to your 'skills') ? The reason i feel i should be chosen above others is because of my age/maturity, my ability to be on at all times, my skills with handling delicate situations, my ability to record everything i do, the fact that i can handle just about any situation such as squeekers freaking out in huge groups, being able to calm the situation down from a riot down to a civil conversation, i have a keen sence on when people are telling lies, i never just take a side, theres always 2 sides to 1 story, ill always listen to both, and try to figure out the resolution from there, and if i cannot, then ill wait till i can, ive become very patient over the years, which helps in situations such as the ones that occur on these servers, and the fact that 50% of the player base are children, my skills as a father come into play really well aswell, ive handled pretty much every kind of behavior that occurs in the online gaming world. and im 100% sure im qualified to handle any challenge that may approach me if i become staff. Anything else we should know? i have 2 daughters that can make me just up and leave from the server at times due to my fiance being asleep, they tend to play and get hurt alot so i always gotta be aware of them aswell.[/b]
