[b]How much time do you have to put towards the server? I work from 6 am  - 5 pm So about from  6pm  - 12 pm every day + weekends However, I do play other games and honestly depends on how I feel.  Do you have any staff experience, if so what servers and how much time?[/b] I have no FiveM staff experience but there's always got to be a first. *I've been staff on other games such as Minecraft* [b]Estimating, how long have you been on the server?[/b] I haven't been on CSRP  for very long, About 2 weeks or so.  However, I feel as it will be a great way to engage and get to know the community better! [b]What made you want to apply for Trial Moderator/Trial Discord Support?[/b] I was just playing the server when I  noticed how much the staff actually do for the server. With that, I thought what's another way to help the server and give back for giving us all an enjoyable server to play on. Another reason is I honestly believe becoming staff on a server like this will help improve my people skills. Irl I work as a roofer and to get jobs or to be paid you need people skills you need to be able to talk to them. (Being a cop has already improved my people skills a lot but I'm still a long way off where I want to be.) [b]Why should we choose you over other applicants(List all things that would apply to your 'skills') ?[/b] The reason you should choose me over other applicants is I'm good at overcoming difficult situations and using creative ideas to adapt as I need to. I believe adapting to situations that are out of the ordinary is needed for a position like this. Another reason you should choose me is  I'm always looking to learn. If I make a mistake ill use the mistakes to pick myself up and improve, Every situation for me is a chance to learn something new. [b]Anything else we should know?[/b] My name is  Wallace I'm from NSW Australia and I'm just a laid back chill person who I  think for my age is pretty mature. I dropped out of school about a year ago and went into my family business of roofing.  Ever since I first saw my dad go onto a roof I thought/new is was thee job I wanted to do so now I work full time. (I'm applying for either position, I love discord and I'm really good with it. however, id also love to learn how it's done in-game as well and will give me more learning opportunities.) So yeah.
